Agent Document Checklist

Your dedication to maintaining the highest standards is appreciated, and these resources will help ensure a successful partnership. To expedite the application process, please ensure that you submit the following documents: 

Completed and Signed Application Form

Please fill out the application form available on our website and ensure that all fields are accurately completed. Sign the form to acknowledge your agreement with the terms and conditions. 

Company Registration Certificate

Provide a valid certificate indicating the official registration of your company. 

Business Registration Certificate (if applicable)

If your agency operates under a different name or you have a separate business registration, please include this document as well. 

ABN / PAN / VAT Certificates (if applicable)

Include any relevant tax identification certificates or registration numbers for your agency. 

Director’s Photo ID

Please provide a clear photo identification of the agency’s director or authorized representative. 

Accreditation and Membership

If you or any of your agency’s counsellors possess any relevant accreditation or membership in the education industry (e.g., AIRC, ICEF, QEAC, etc.)qualification, please provide relevant certificates or proof of qualification.  

Once you have gathered all the necessary documents, you will be ready to start your agent application process. Our agent support team will review your application and notify you of the status and further steps in the process.
